I have a stamp 1 1/2 Australia King George with a watermark as a vertical line down the right side that is on the left side from the back.It is opposite to the normal watermark. Is a variety, an error?Or is it normal? Tks.

ReplyDeleteThe vertical line would indicate that the stamp is a marginal copy, and the line is the frame of the watermark mesh. I would consider this as normal
